What is Orix?
Orix is a family of business apps: an ERP with CRM, delivery and field sales add-ons, plus separate apps for marketing outreach, lead finding, backup, online tutoring and cash tracking. You can use one app or several.
Do I have to take the whole suite?
No. Most customers start with one or two apps. Orix CRM, Orix Delivery and Orix Field Sales work together with Orix ERP; the other apps stand alone.
Is Orix ready for UAE VAT and India GST?
Yes. Orix ERP issues tax invoices with your TRN and prepares the UAE VAT return. The India edition handles CGST, SGST and IGST with HSN codes and prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Which apps share data with each other?
Orix ERP, CRM, Delivery and Field Sales run on the same books, so customers, stock, invoices and collections are entered once. Orix Leads can skip businesses that are already your ERP customers, and Orix Marketing can send enquiries to the ERP as quotations.
How does the free trial work?
Fill in the short trial form. We set up the apps you chose, walk you through them and you try them with your own data. No card is required.
How is Orix priced?
Each app is priced separately, so you pay only for the apps you use. Tell us which apps you need and we will send you a quote.
How do I pay after the trial?
We issue an invoice to your company and you pay by bank transfer to our company account.
Can you move my existing data into Orix?
Yes. During onboarding we help you bring in customers, suppliers, items and opening balances from Excel or your current system.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your business data remains yours and you can ask for an export at any time.

Every app includes onboarding and email support from our team.
